Création du TOTP

Cette documentation a pour but de vous accompagné lors de la création du TOTP nécessaire pour accéder à l'intranet et d'autres applications UTTOP.

Prérequis

Afin de réaliser les manipulations décrites dans ce tutoriel, vous devez avant tout vous assurer de disposer de vos identifiants UTTOP (login et mot de passe). Un mail vous a été adressé par le service informatique à votre arrivée dans l’établissement afin de vous informer de la procédure à suivre pour initialiser votre mot de passe et ainsi accéder à tous les outils de l’UTTOP.

Une application de gestion dynamique des mots de passe gérés par le temps (TOTP) est nécessaire. Vous pouvez utiliser une application sur votre smartphone ou sur votre ordinateur.

Vous ne devez pas être connecté au réseau wifi UTTOP pour utiliser cette procédure.

Création du TOTP

Aller sur le site https://www.uttop.fr/fr/index.html
Aller sur intranet
S'identifier avec son identifiant UTTOP et son mot de passe
Scannez le QR code si vous utilisez votre mobile ou utilisez la clef de sécurité si vous utilisez KeepassXC
Création du TOTP sur TOTP Authenticatorici
Création du TOTP sur KeepassCXici
Taper le code obtenu dans l'application TOTP authenticathor ou KeepassXC
Enregistrer

Création TOTP depuis un mobile

Ouvrir l'application TOTP Authenticator
Cliquer sur le +
cliquer sur ** Analyse QR Code**
scanner le QR code avec votre téléphone
Reporter le code obtenu dans l'application sur la cas prévu à cet effet

Création du TOTP sur KeepassXC

Création d'une base de donnée

Si vous utilisez déjà KeepassXC cliquez ici

Installer keepassXC
Lancer keepassXC
Nommer la nouvelle base de donnée
Cliquer sur continuer
Créer un mot de passe pour la base de donnée
Sauvegarder la base de donnée à l'endroit voulu

Création du totp

Cliquer sur +
Indiquer le nom de l'entrée puis cliquer sur ok (en bas à droite)
Faire un clic droit sur la nouvelle entrée puis sélectionner configurer le totp
Reporter la clef de sécurité à l'emplacement prévu puis cliquer sur ok
Faire clic droit sur l'entrée et sélectionner afficher le totp
Reporter le code obtenu pas keepassXC sur l'emplacement prévu puis cliquer sur enregistrer

Lier le TOTP entre une application mobile et KeePassXC

Il est possible d'enregistrer le même secret TOTP à la fois sur votre mobile et dans KeePassXC, afin de disposer d'une solution de secours en cas de perte ou de changement de téléphone.

Situation 1 : Mon TOTP est sur mobile, je l'ajoute dans KeePassXC

Cette méthode s'applique si vous avez d'abord activé le TOTP avec votre smartphone et que vous souhaitez, dans un second temps, l'ajouter également dans votre coffre-fort KeePassXC. //Remarque : ne fonctionne pas sur des Iphones version 12 et supérieures

  • Aller dans Authenticator
  • Sélectionner le TOTP concerné
  • Appuyer sur Éditer
  • Sélectionner Voir le QR Code (View QR Code)
  • Recopier la clé secrète affichée (il est possible de la copier pour se l'envoyer par mail)
  • Aller dans KeePassXC
  • Créer une nouvelle entrée avec login = votre identifiant UTTOP et URL = auth.uttop.fr, ou modifier l'entrée existante (auth.uttop.fr)
  • Faire un clic droit sur l'entrée → Mot de passe dynamique fondé sur le temps (TOTP) → Configurer le TOTP
  • Dans l'emplacement clé secrète, saisir la clé récupérée depuis l'application Authenticator

Situation 2 : Mon TOTP est dans KeePassXC, je l'ajoute sur mobile

Cette méthode s'applique si l'entrée TOTP existe déjà dans KeePass et que vous souhaitez l'ajouter également sur votre application mobile.

  • Aller dans KeePassXC
  • Sur l'entrée auth.uttop.fr, faire un clic droit → TOTP → Afficher le QR Code
  • Depuis l'application mobile (Authenticator), scanner le QR Code affiché à l'écran

Creation of the TOTP

The purpose of this documentation is to guide you through the process of creating the TOTP required to access the intranet and other UTTOP applications.

Prerequisites

To perform the steps described in this tutorial, you must first ensure that you have your UTTOP login credentials (username and password). The IT department sent you an email when you arrived at the institution to inform you of the procedure for resetting your password and gaining access to all UTTOP tools.

You’ll need a time-based password management (TOTP) app. You can use an app on your smartphone or computer.

You do not need to be connected to the UTTOP Wi-Fi network to follow these steps.

Creating a TOTP

Go to the website https://www.uttop.fr/fr/index.html
Go tointranet
Log in with your UTTOP username and password
Scan the QR code if you're using your mobile device, or use the security key if you're using KeepassXC

Creating a TOTP code from a smartphone

Open the app TOTP Authenticator
Click on the +
Click on ** Analyse QR Code**
Scan the QR code with your phone
Enter the code you received in the app in the space provided

Creating a TOTP on KeepassXC

Creating a Database

If you're already using KeepassXC, click here

Install keepassXC
Run keepassXC
Name the new database
Click “Continue”
Create a password for the database
Back up the database to the desired location

Creating a TOTP

Click on +
Enter the name of the entry, then click OK (in the lower-right corner)
Right-click on the new entry, then select configurer le totp
Place the security key in the designated slot, then click ok
Right-click the entry and select afficher le totp
Paste the code generated by KeepassXC into the designated field, then click “Save.”

Linking TOTP between a mobile app and KeePassXC

It is possible to register the same TOTP secret on both your mobile device and in KeePassXC, providing a backup solution in case your phone is lost or replaced.

Scenario 1: My TOTP is on mobile, I add it to KeePassXC

This method applies if you first activated TOTP using your smartphone and now wish to add it to your KeePassXC vault as well.

  • Go to Authenticator
  • Select the relevant TOTP
  • Tap Edit
  • Select View QR Code
  • Copy the displayed secret key (you can copy it to send it to yourself by email)
  • Go to KeePassXC
  • Create a new entry with username = your UTTOP username and URL = auth.uttop.fr, or edit the existing entry (auth.uttop.fr)
  • Right-click on the entry → Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) → Set up TOTP
  • In the Secret key field, enter the key retrieved from the Authenticator app

Scenario 2: My TOTP is in KeePassXC, I add it to mobile

This method applies if the TOTP entry already exists in KeePass and you wish to add it to your mobile app as well.

  • Go to KeePassXC
  • On the auth.uttop.fr entry, right-click → TOTP → Show QR Code
  • From the mobile app (Authenticator), scan the QR Code displayed on the screen
